Simply choose your favorite product (mug, t-shirt, phone case, canvas, etc.), upload a clear photo of your pet, and place your order. Our talented artists will create a beautiful digital portrait and print it on your selected item. It's that easy!

What makes a good photo for my pet portrait?

For the best results, use a high-resolution photo (at least 300 DPI) in JPG or PNG format. Make sure your pet's face is clearly visible, well-lit (natural daylight works best), and not blurry. Don't worry about backgrounds—we can work with any photo!

Can I order multiple products with the same design?

Absolutely! Once we create your custom pet portrait, you can easily add it to mugs, t-shirts, phone cases, canvas prints, and more. Many customers love creating matching sets for gifts or personal use.

How long will it take to receive my order?

 - Non-custom products: Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out quickly.

- Custom products (Mug, T-shirt, Phone Case, Canvas, Frame, Poster, etc.):

Your order will be processed within 24–48 hours.

Our artists will create your custom design and send it for your approval (if applicable).

Once approved, production typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the product type.

Shipping within the US usually takes 5–7 business days.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

We want you to love your portrait! Minor adjustments can usually be made within 24 hours of ordering. For major changes, please contact our support team at c.mypawvibes@gmail.com as soon as possible.

For digital artwork: You’ll receive your completed file via email within 24–48 hours after ordering.
